Experienced in navigating complex homeowner’s associations (HOAs) and boards, Perkins Roofing proposed a strategic plan to extend the lifespan of the roof while minimizing expenses. Following a thorough assessment of the roof’s condition and discussions with onsite maintenance professionals and board members, a roof restoration plan was presented and approved at the next board meeting.

For this ambitious roof restoration project, Perkins Roofing applied the GAF TOPCOAT Surface Seal SB coating system, renowned for its ability to reduce roof temperatures and enhance energy efficiency. This innovative solution not only helps lower utility bills but also provides superior protection against water intrusion and leaks.

In addition to the roof restoration, Perkins Roofing executed a meticulous handmade clay barrel tile reroof, complemented by a 30-year Polyglass MTS and Polyglass TU Plus underlayment system. Seamless copper gutters were installed throughout the buildings to further enhance their durability and aesthetic appeal.
