Complicating matters further, the project unfolded during the heart of hurricane season, where the threat of tropical storms loomed over South Florida. Following a comprehensive assessment by our estimating team, a tailored solution was devised to address the condominium’s roofing needs. A 4-ply Polyglass self-adhered roofing system was meticulously installed, accompanied by the removal of six to eight inches of old insulation. This upgrade awarded the community with a coveted 30-year manufacturer Polyglass QUANTUM “No Dollar Limit” (NDL) warranty, solidifying our reputation as one of six certified Polyglass QUANTUM contractors in the nation. Additionally, a three-coat silicone roofing system was applied, ensuring maximum protection and longevity.

Despite the logistical challenges posed by hurricane season, our team executed the project with precision and efficiency. Accessing the job site via high reach only, we worked diligently around numerous A/C units, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and meticulous attention to detail throughout the installation process.
