In 2019, a significant reroofing endeavor was undertaken for a section of the island, comprising several high-rise condominium buildings. The meticulous reroofing process for the nine-story buildings commenced with the full demolition of the existing roof, facilitated by cranes for efficient debris removal. Subsequently, roofing materials were seamlessly transported via crane to the rooftops, ensuring a smooth workflow and timely progress.
Perkins Roofing executed a stunning handmade clay barrel tile reroof on the buildings, expertly laid over a robust 30-year Polyglass MTS and Polyglass TU Plus underlayment system. Working in collaboration with a concrete restoration company, we seamlessly integrated our roofing solutions with their concrete restoration efforts, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive approach to the project.
Additionally, our team installed seven-inch seamless copper gutters throughout the buildings, further enhancing their durability and aesthetic appeal.
